Our Team

		Ron Bongard is president of Bongard Corporation. He has 35 years of industry experience as a manufacturer rep in the plumbing industry. He founded Bongard Corporation 30 years ago. He has extensive sales experience in plumbing, piping, and municipal waterworks. In addition to managing the company, he provides a strong sales effort in the territory, and is personally acquainted with all accounts. He is a 1970 graduate of the University of Minnesota, with a B.S. in Business Administration.
		Michael Sides, outside sales, has 15 years of plumbing industry experience, and 11 years with Bongard Corporation. He has four years of sales experience in the plumbing wholesale business. Mike is a highly successful, well-liked salesman. His expertise is in developing product demand at the engineer and contractor level and "pulling through" demand through the wholesaler. He has excellent contacts throughout the industry. He is a graduate of Mankato State University with a B.S. degree. Michael is CPMR certified.
		Peter Mayer is Bongard Corporation's newest outside salesperson. He graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 1998. Pete came to the firm with a great resume and now has 6 years of experience with Bongard. He has taken over a sales territory in the Dakotas. He is well-liked and already a strong performer. Peter is CPMR certified.
		Kathy Schug, customer service/inside sales, is Bongard Corporation's lead person inside. In addition to her sales responsibilities, she interfaces with our computer contractor. She has extensive product knowledge, long standing positive relationships with large and small customers, and knows the territory. She has 19 years experience at Bongard and is a graduate of Rasmussen Business College. She is very highly regarded in the industry.
		Robert Bongard is our warehouse manager and an inside salesperson. He has 14 years experience. Bob is very thorough and exacting in his work. He has a very high level of personal productivity. He is the firm's newest inside salesperson and interfaces with everyone to learn that position. He is well-liked by his customers and peers due to his great attitude and pleasant personality. He has an A.A. degree from Century College. Robert is CPMR certified.
		Darla Hansen is our receptionist.
		Mark Mayer is our newest outside salesman.
